Job Description
As a nurse with us, you play a key role in improving the quality of life for children and adolescents. Care is always provided in close collaboration with various professional groups, with the child or teenager and their family at the center. The nurse in the inpatient ward leads the nursing work, is responsible for patient interviews, medication, documentation, and care planning. You collaborate with the patient, relatives, and the team, and participate in quality and development work. You will have a central role as a team leader in the inpatient ward and the opportunity to influence the development of the operations, always with the child's best interests in mind.
Here you have the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally, while contributing to the development of the operations. Through our collaboration with the university, you help drive knowledge development, particularly within new treatment methods.
Qualifications
For this position, you must be a licensed nurse. Further education in psychiatry is meritorious, and experience working with children or adolescents is particularly desirable. You are confident, independent, and flexible, and value collaboration. Good teamwork skills are fundamental in our teams.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement.
Working hours: Shift schedule.
