Nights are quieter, but presence is even more important. As a night nurse at Axlagården, you work closely with our guests and their loved ones, focusing on:

• symptom relief and security
• presence during existential conversations
• supporting loved ones during a sensitive time
• creating peace, dignity, and continuity throughout the night

You will work alongside experienced healthcare staff and always have access to on-call medical support.

We are looking for a registered nurse who thrives with responsibility and independence. You have a genuine interest in palliative care, are secure, sensitive, and capable of creating calm in complex situations. You value the close teamwork that night shifts entail and meet patients and relatives with warmth, respect, and professionalism.

Experience in palliative care is an advantage, but your personality and commitment are most important.
