Do you want to help shape the future of dental care? At Folktandvården, we are at the forefront of research and development and have a close collaboration with the Department of Odontology at Umeå University. Within Folktandvården, we cover a broad range of competencies. We offer both general and specialist dental care, and we also participate in the clinical education of dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and dental technicians. We work in modern and well-equipped facilities located in several places across the county. We are proud of our wellness activities, and of course, you receive a wellness allowance.

We are now looking for dentists for Folktandvården City in Skellefteå, as well as for Norsjö/Malå. We provide modern, health-oriented dental care for both children and adults, and we are looking for you who want to make a difference. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with high-quality dental care in an organization where engagement, development, and patient focus are central. At Folktandvården Anderstorp in Skellefteå, there is a specialist clinic in orthodontics, and the new Folktandvården unit, Kompetenscentrum (Competence Centre), which is currently being established, will also be located there. We also provide anesthesia dental care for children and adults at Skellefteå Hospital.

Job Responsibilities

As a dentist with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that make people feel secure. We offer varied work with patients of all ages and with different care needs. You work both independently and in teams, performing examinations, advanced treatments, and emergency dental care.

With us, you will receive a thorough introduction to your new role, with good opportunities for development and the chance to work within your specific areas of interest. As a newly graduated dentist, you will have access to clinical supervision and support so that you can develop and grow into your professional role.

We are proud of the collaboration between our clinics. This contributes to good development opportunities and may mean that work at more than one workplace becomes relevant. We use computerized scheduling and the T4 journal system, as well as the speech recognition tool Voxit Vocal.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed dentist or who are about to complete your dental education. We place importance on you being engaged, knowledgeable, and passionate about performing your work with high quality and customer satisfaction. You are responsible and consider patient care a natural part of the job. This includes the ability to view the patient's needs from a holistic perspective. Your working style is structured, and you take the initiatives and decisions required in your role. You have good communication skills, work in a structured manner, and enjoy contributing to both the development of the organization and good teamwork. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
