About the role of pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you work alternately with advice and sales regarding prescriptions and self-care products. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, engagement, and experience to improving our customers' health and to the pharmacy's success.

With us, you will meet an engaged and thoughtful team consisting of four pharmacists and three self-care assistants. Two of the pharmacists are permanent staff members, while two work with us on loan – creating a nice mix of secure continuity and new ideas. Together, we build a warm and welcoming work environment where we support each other and make our customers feel seen, which encourages many to return.

For those who wish to take the next step, there is also an opportunity to develop further as a Sales Manager and Prescription Product Manager.

We are located in the entrance to ICA Kvantum Kronoparken – a location that provides a steady flow of customers and a lovely mix of local residents, students, and regular customers. In spring 2028, ICA Kvantum will be developed into an ICA Maxi. Our opening hours are: Monday–Friday 8–20, Saturday–Sunday 10–18.

And a little bit about Umeå – because it is hard not to enjoy living here. The city offers a perfect combination of nature and urban pulse: close to forests, the river, and outdoor life, while also having culture, restaurants, a university, and a growing business sector nearby. Umeå is also known for its open and welcoming atmosphere, which is noticeable both in working life and in everyday life.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist (receptarie or apotekare). You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist, and you identify with the following description:

• You show interest and engagement in interactions with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and across the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
