As a pharmacist with us, you become an important part of the team and meet customers with different needs every day. You work with advice and sales of medicines and self-care products, where you contribute to a customer experience that truly makes a difference with care, engagement, and professional handling. The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 07:00–20:00, Saturdays 10:00–18:00, Sundays 10:00–18:00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep yourself updated regarding our range and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience working with advisory sales.
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise.
• You have good teamwork skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team.
• You keep yourself updated on changes in the environment related to pharmacy and medication issues.
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective.
