Global Redovisning is an accounting firm that has been in operation for over 20 years and is currently in a clear growth phase. The company has a stated ambition to continue expanding, both organically and through acquisitions.

The clients consist of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as larger corporations. Work is carried out in close collaboration with clients, where Global Redovisning strives to be a long-term partner and the natural first point of contact for questions regarding finance and accounting. A central part of the offering is the "Economic Support" service, where they practically function as the client's external finance department.

Work is conducted in teams with ongoing, often daily, client contact. The operations are characterized by structure, quality, and responsibility in delivery. The culture is professional and collaborative, with clear expectations, short decision-making paths, and good opportunities for development and taking on increased responsibility.

Responsibilities

In the role of accounting consultant, you are responsible for annual reports, annual and monthly closing, as well as income tax returns. You are the client manager and ensure that various client projects run smoothly. The role also includes, to some extent, ongoing bookkeeping, invoice verification, and handling of monthly reports.

Global Redovisning works closely with its clients and values a holistic view of financial work. You act as an advisor and, together with the client, drive their financial work forward. Furthermore, in this role, you have the opportunity to be part of a personal firm and influence both the future and the corporate culture. Decision-making paths are short, making it easy to make decisions and make a difference.

• Manage monthly and annual closings
• Maintain annual reports
• Client responsibility, including compiling data and assisting clients
• Ongoing accounting, monthly reports, and invoice verification

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in economics or equivalent
• At least five years of work experience from an accounting firm, with a good understanding of all parts of the accounting process.
• Experience in client responsibility
• Good computer and system skills; experience with Fortnox is meritorious
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious if you are an authorized accounting consultant
• Meritorious with experience in group accounting

To succeed in the role, you are self-reliant in your delivery and confident in client dialogue. You are accustomed to handling several parallel assignments and thrive in an environment where many things happen simultaneously. The work pace is sometimes high with a large influx of cases and client dialogues, which requires you to prioritize, structure, and make your own decisions in daily life. You are a person who takes responsibility, drives your work forward, and is motivated by development.
