Job Description

The Labour Market Centre continuously works on developing assignments, achieving goals, and ensuring quality based on the needs and changes in the external environment. We work as a team with employers, business contacts, and participants, where everyone's contribution to the whole is important. We help each other succeed in our mission while simultaneously promoting a healthy labour market and local competence supply. The tasks vary and are combined to achieve goals, such as helping more individuals achieve self-sufficiency through work and studies.

You collaborate with other operations both internally within the municipality and externally with authorities, employers, trade unions, and civil society. You have the drive and ability to independently carry out activities individually and in groups for participants. You work with employers and competence supply, for example, through recruitment meetings. You use various operational systems for administration in your work with our different assignments. You may also participate in current labour market projects.

We are seeking 1 Labour Market Officer for a permanent position, and potentially an additional 1 depending on upcoming decisions.

Qualifications

Education

You should have an academic education relevant to the position or other education that the employer deems equivalent.

Knowledge

You have good knowledge of the labour market and the local business community.

Experience

You have experience working with target groups in vulnerable positions on the labour market and with municipal labour market activities.
