The National Cyber Security Centre, NCSC, is now looking for a Senior Coordinator to participate in building up the centre's operations at FRA. Your Assignment

As a Senior Coordinator, you work at NCSC and the Office for Capacity Development, Partnerships and Systematic Cyber Security. The office is to strengthen and coordinate society's cyber security by being a national meeting place and contact point for cooperation, partnerships, and information exchange. The office's mandate includes strategic analysis, regulatory and governance work, support and funding, competence-building activities and exercises, as well as cooperation nationally, within the EU, and internationally. The office also has a supporting role in cyber crisis management.

In the role, you are responsible for internal and external coordination, work with business development, and lead cooperation forums. Your main tasks consist primarily of:

• Coordination and planning of operations
• Information sharing
• Development of methods and routines
• Development of partnerships
• Development of conferences and campaigns
• Participation in international work within the EU
• Representing the agency in external contexts

You have several contact areas and work to create relationships between the department's units and coordinate cooperation between other functions such as the agency's technology and procurement functions, as well as the department's staff and management.

Travel occurs in the position, both domestic and international.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• University or university college education
• Three years of experience in strategic communication, coordination, or support to senior management
• Basic competence in the information and cyber security field
• Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English

We consider it meritorious if you have:

• Experience of public-private cooperation
• Experience from working in a politically governed organization
• Experience of working in international contexts
• Experience of representing an organization and presenting its message to large groups
• Experience of legislative and rule-based EU work

More Information

The workplace is currently located in Stockholm. New premises are to be ready in Bergshamra within a few years. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. A requirement for employment is an approved security investigation with register check. The security investigation will be carried out in accordance with provisions in the Security Protection Act. Employment entails an obligation to be placed on war footing.
