As a Site Manager (PA), you are responsible for the operational management of the facility, and for working together with the facility team to create a pleasant and positive atmosphere in your daily contact with our members. Together with the Area Manager, you lead the team in daily operations, follow up on sales goals, coach in member interactions, monitor operational issues, and ensure high quality in the facility's services. You continuously develop routines and working methods, finding the best solutions for the site.

You are responsible for the hosts/hostesses at your facility, recruiting them and ensuring they have the right competence for the role. You also handle local facility issues and manage staff scheduling. The work is largely based in the reception, and the proportion of time spent there varies depending on the needs of the facility.

To succeed in this role, we see that you gain energy from meeting people and thrive with varied tasks. You are pedagogical, meticulous, and skilled at coaching colleagues and evaluating performance against set goals, with developed sales and service competence.

Your main responsibilities

Staffing, host/hostess management, onboarding of new employees, contact person for maintenance reports, and reception duties.

We are looking for

We are looking for you with documented experience in sales and service within service-producing operations. Additionally, you should be a strong administrator and have experience with, and enjoy, administration as both important and fun. You are proficient in working with the Office package. Experience with scheduling and staffing is considered a merit.
