We are now looking for you who want to develop with us and take the step into a specialist role within supply chain and retail.

As a Junior Business Consultant at Savix Nordic, you will have an analytical and developmental role where you work closely with both the system and the customer. You will become part of a small team where responsibility, self-leadership, and competence are at the center.

You will work with the configuration and further development of the Relex system for existing customers. This involves analyzing business flows, understanding customer needs, and translating these into system logic and optimization solutions. The work is both technical and business-oriented, requiring you to see the big picture while working meticulously on the details.

During your first few months, you will receive a structured introduction and work in parallel with a senior consultant. Gradually, you will take on more responsibility, with the goal of becoming independent in customer assignments within 1-3 months.

The work is focused, problem-solving, and requires strong analytical skills. We work digitally and remote-first, with Teams and Jira as natural tools in everyday life.

You are analytical and enjoy solving complex problems. You like structure, logic, and understanding how systems connect. At the same time, you have a business interest and want to understand how technical solutions create real value for the customer.

We believe you have:

• Strong logical and analytical skills
• An interest in systems, data, and business flows
• The ability to structure complex information
• An engineering or technical/scientific education
• Good knowledge of English

It is an advantage if you have experience with SQL, databases, ERP systems, or programming, or alternatively, a background in retail or supply chain.

But more important than your formal background is your drive, your curiosity, and your willingness to become truly skilled in a specialist area.
