At Position Green, a leading sustainability software and consulting company, we’re looking for a part-time Office Support to help keep our Stockholm office running smoothly on a daily basis. Ideally, you'll join our team after the summer vacation, in late August.

About the role

As Office Support, you’ll play an important role in our everyday office life for our ~50 employees in the Stockholm office. You’ll help ensure the office is ready for the day, well-organised, and welcoming, while supporting meetings, events, and office routines.

You’ll work closely with the People & Culture team, be in daily contact with employees in the office, and be part of our People Experience team across Position Green’s other offices, sharing best practices and ways of working.

The role is approximately 2-3 hours per day, with flexibility when needed for meetings or events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily office overview: Making sure the office is tidy, organised, and functioning well.

• Kitchen & supplies: Managing the dishwasher, coffee machine, snacks, milk, sodas, and keeping the kitchen clean and inviting.

• Reception support: Answering the reception phone and front door.

• IT equipment: Supporting with computers and phones when employees need new equipment.

• Meetings, workshops & events: Supporting with coffee, snacks, and practical setup.
