About the Role

As a Copywriter & Production Manager, you play a central role in the marketing department. You create commercial and target-group-specific texts while simultaneously planning, leading, and following up on the production of marketing materials. You work closely with colleagues, internal clients, and external partners to ensure an efficient workflow and high quality throughout the entire process.

Your Main Responsibilities

Copywriting

• Develop creative concepts, ideas, and messages
• Write persuasive and brand-building texts for various channels
• Ensure the right tone and target-group adaptation in all communications
• Contribute to the development and management of ELON's tone of voice and brand
• Proofread marketing materials.

Production Management

• Plan and lead the production of marketing materials in both the short and long term
• Prioritize, coordinate, and distribute tasks within marketing production
• Ensure that deadlines, quality, and deliveries are met
• Develop and streamline production processes and routines
• Coordinate deliveries with printers, newspapers, and advertising and media agencies
• Handle material submission and invoicing administration.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in copywriting, journalism, marketing, or similar
• Has at least three years of experience in commercial copywriting
• Has at least three years of experience in production or project management within marketing
• Is accustomed to writing for different target groups and channels
• Has experience developing creative concepts and campaign ideas
• Has experience with both print and digital communication
• Can write short, precise, and effective texts even under time pressure.

Experience from retail and knowledge of the Norwegian language are considered meritorious.
