We are looking for an experienced and self-sufficient finance consultant who can immediately take responsibility for both operational invoicing and the development of our invoicing processes.

In this role, you are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the business and take overall responsibility for the invoicing flow. The assignment covers both daily work with invoicing and customer accounts receivable, as well as mapping, documenting, and streamlining processes to ensure a stable, quality-assured, and sustainable way of working.

We are looking for someone with sufficient experience and seniority to independently drive the work forward, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them in practice.

Responsibilities
  • Handle, quality-assure, and send customer invoices on an ongoing basis.
  • Follow up on customer accounts receivable and outstanding claims.
  • Handle reminders and, if necessary, manage collection cases in dialogue with customers and external parties.
  • Ensure a correct, efficient, and quality-assured invoicing flow.
  • Map and analyze existing invoicing processes.
  • Document processes, routines, and working methods.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Drive and implement changes.
  • Ensure that the business has a sustainable and well-documented way of working for the future.
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has several years of experience in operational invoicing and customer accounts receivable.
  • Has experience in following up on outstanding claims, claim management, and collection processes.
  • Has documented experience in developing, streamlining, and improving administrative processes within finance.
  • Is accustomed to working independently and taking overall responsibility for your area.
  • Has good ability to analyze processes and translate improvement proposals into concrete results.
  • Is structured, solution-oriented, and driving.
