Do you want to contribute to a fair and secure testing environment for adult students? We are now looking for invigilators for our distance students in Värmdö, starting in September. About the role of Invigilator As an invigilator, you are responsible for creating a safe, legally secure, and well-functioning testing situation for our students. Your responsibilities:

• Prepare for test sessions
• Supervise tests on-site
• Ensure that rules are followed
• Handle simple administration before and after tests
• Support students with login and digital tests

You will collaborate with our test coordinator and our principals. We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, attentive, and responsible
• Has high integrity and a fair approach
• Can communicate clearly and create a sense of security
• Is calm, structured, and patient
• Thrives in independent work
• Is also comfortable working digitally, as many tests are conducted on computers.

• Availability approx. 1–3 days every 4–5 weeks
• Basic computer literacy

• Experience in similar work
• Experience from school/education
• Ability to handle conflict situations
• Familiarity with digital testing systems
• Knowledge of adaptations and accessibility

• Hourly position
• Work is performed on-site (not remote)
• Start date by agreement
• Selection is ongoing (the position may be filled before the application deadline)
