Do you want to contribute to a fair and secure testing environment for adult learners? We are now looking for an invigilator for our distance students in Motala. About the role of invigilator As an invigilator, you are responsible for creating a safe, legally secure, and well-functioning testing situation for our students. Your responsibilities:

• Prepare test occasions
• Supervise tests on-site
• Ensure that rules are followed
• Handle simpler administration before and after tests
• Support students with login and digital tests

You collaborate with our test coordinator and our principals. We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, attentive, and responsible
• Has high integrity and a fair approach
• Can communicate clearly and create a sense of security
• Is calm, structured, and patient
• Thrives in independent work
• Is comfortable working digitally, as many tests are conducted on computers.

• Basic computer literacy

• Experience in similar work
• Experience from school/education
• Ability to handle conflict situations
• Familiarity with digital testing systems
• Knowledge of adaptations and accessibility

• Hourly position (as needed)
• Work takes place on-site (not remote)
• Start date by agreement
• Selection is ongoing (the position may be filled before the application deadline)
