The Cultural School caters to students in primary and upper secondary school ages. Approximately 550 students are with us every week. All students have the opportunity to participate in an ensemble or orchestra.

We follow the primary school's academic year schedule, and we offer teaching both during school hours and in the afternoons/evenings.

Responsibilities

Your role as a teacher will be to instruct students at the Cultural School as well as students who have chosen the dance profile at Tingsholms Upper Secondary School.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have dance or musical training as well as a pedagogical background. Previous experience in teaching dance is viewed positively.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for the position as teaching takes place both in the Cultural School's facilities and in primary school facilities outside the town center.

As a person, you have a good ability to build relationships, both with students and with other staff. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

A certificate of good conduct (register extract) is required upon offer of employment according to the Education Act (2010:800, Chapter 2, Sections 31-33).
