Job Description

Welcome to Fågelvikskolan!

We are looking for you who want to help shape the teaching in mathematics, technology, and science (NO) subjects together with a colleague. We would appreciate it if you have knowledge in technology or alternatively broad subject knowledge within the science subjects. Knowledge in programming is meritorious.

We offer a newly renovated school environment and a dedicated group of colleagues. Together, we focus on how to best shape teaching, which implies providing the conditions for an accessible and flexible learning environment and teaching adapted to the needs of the students involved. We operate from the premise that a student does not is, but becomes in a context.

You have a collaborative approach and enjoy working with other colleagues in work and subject teams. Together, we drive school development forward, learn from each other, and collaborate so that all students achieve the best possible knowledge results and complete their education! Qualifications

We are looking for you who are qualified and licensed as a teacher.

• You have a pedagogical drive and a desire to further develop the operations together with others. You view development and new ideas as positive challenges.
• You contribute to the development of our students through interaction and dialogue with others.
• You are engaged, straightforward, and open, and have clear leadership skills.
• You are well acquainted with our steering documents.
• You have a good ability to include students in need of support and are challenged by finding the extra adjustments the individual may need to achieve the subject's knowledge goals.
• You have a good ability to build good relationships with students and guardians.

Employment Terms

• Salary form: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Permanent position.
• Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement.

Interviews will take place during week 32.

Before employment, an extract from the criminal record register must be presented, as well as documentation proving that you are allowed to work on the Swedish labor market. For example, a certificate of citizenship in Sweden/EU/EES (e.g., passport), certificate of residence permit, or certificate of work permit to work in Sweden.

In Tibro Municipality, we apply individual and differentiated salary setting. The salary setting is based on a comprehensive assessment of the demands and responsibilities of the assignment, educational background, relevant experience, personal suitability, as well as the current salary level for corresponding or equivalent positions and prevailing market conditions.
