RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher, your task is to ensure the child's development and learning, as well as to guide your work team towards the goals set by the activity. This means that as a preschool teacher, with the curriculum as your foundation, you are active in the work team's planning, implementation, documentation, evaluation, and development of the activity. Together in the work team, you look out for the child's best interests and meet all children based on their experiences and prerequisites. You work together to create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment where children's influence and participation are in focus. In daily contact with guardians, you develop a trusting relationship by being engaged, child-focused, and service-oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who see every child's unique ability, with a focus on the children's and the activity's development and learning. The curriculum's value base permeates your approach, and you see both the group's and the environment's importance for learning, and are inspired by the children's curiosity, creativity, and their questions. You, who apply, have a preschool teacher degree or a teacher degree with a focus on preschool. Previous experience as a preschool teacher and participation in development work are meritorious. You have good knowledge of the assignment based on the preschool curriculum and are well aware of the preschool teacher's special responsibility. It is also meritorious if you have knowledge of and experience with systematic quality work. To succeed in the role of preschool teacher, you are structured and have the ability to see holistic solutions. You are interested in developing the activity, are driven, and engage in your work. Since we think collegial learning is important, we see that you have good cooperation skills. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2026-09-28, end date: 2026-12-28.
