RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in our special education group, you will have an important and meaningful role where you contribute daily to the students' knowledge development, security, and hope for the future. You are responsible for teaching and mentoring the group's students and creating a learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed based on their prerequisites.

Using a formative and relationship-building approach, you plan, implement, and develop teaching based on the students' needs, strengths, and progression. You work closely with colleagues to create a consistent thread in planning, implementation, and assessment, with the student's learning always at the center. Through clear and secure leadership, you involve students in both teaching and planning, which strengthens their motivation, sense of responsibility, and belief in their own abilities.

In the mentor role, you build trusting relationships and serve as an important support for the students' knowledge-based, social, and personal development. Together with students, guardians, and colleagues, you contribute to creating an inclusive, accessible, and developmental school environment where all students have the opportunity to grow and reach their full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with broad subject competence and experience in teaching and assessment. You are certified to teach in grades 7-9. You have good knowledge of NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) and act with low affectivity when the situation requires it.

Digital competence is a requirement to handle information, documentation, and is a natural part of the teaching.

As a person, you are calm and stable and have the ability to create a secure environment for all students. We also see that you are curious and want to develop in your work. Your creativity is contagious and creates engagement and motivates learning. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
