Månsabo Resource School is a resource school in Svalöv Municipality with space for 18 students. Our operations are based on small student groups with high staff density, where students are grouped according to their specific needs for a physical learning environment.

The framework for school work consists of structure, clarity, foresight, and accessibility. The target group for the school is students for whom the regular school environment has been a hindrance to their learning and social development. Månsabo has close cooperation with the Central Student Health Service.

At the Central Student Health Service, psychologists, speech therapists, counselors, special education teachers, medical resources, and a mobile language team work together. We form a team that works preventively and health-promoting in the municipality's schools and preschools.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute educator in the resource school, you work with students who have extensive needs for special support that the regular school has not been able to meet. You meet the students in their learning environments and design the teaching based on their specific level.

The Central Student Health Service with all its professions will be available for consultation and supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are an educator with great patience and experience working with students with extensive needs for special support. You have good knowledge of NPD vulnerabilities, work in a low-affective manner, and have an understanding of the importance of relationships in learning.

You enjoy working both independently and in cross-professional teams. You have good ability to organize and structure your work, are well-versed in relevant regulatory documents, and have good digital skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Good computer skills are required.
