Teacher for grades 4–6 with qualifications in Swedish, English, and Mathematics

Do you want to make a difference for students every day?

At Dibber Kubik, we are looking for an engaged and certified teacher for grades 4–6. You will serve as a mentor for grade 6 alongside a colleague and become part of a team characterized by collaboration, development, and high ambitions for our students' learning.

About the position

As a teacher at Dibber Kubik, you are responsible for planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating high-quality teaching together with your team. You create a safe and structured learning environment where all students are given the opportunity to develop according to their prerequisites.

We actively work with co-teaching in core subjects and parallel teaching to meet the diverse needs of our students. Our focus areas are goal fulfillment, high school attendance, safety, and study environment, with a strong emphasis on language-developing and relational approaches.

We are looking for someone who

• is a certified teacher for grades 4–6
• has experience teaching English, Swedish, and Mathematics
• is a clear and secure leader in the classroom
• builds good and trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• has strong collaboration skills and actively contributes to collegial learning
• shares experiences and is curious about developing teaching together with others
• has high expectations for students' ability to succeed and works in a solution-focused manner

Kubikskolan is a multicultural and dynamic school full of energy and variation. The school serves students in grades F-9 and is located in the eastern part of Helsingborg, near the Fredriksdal outdoor area.
