Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a badminton coach for our children's and youth activities. Training takes place in the eastern, western, and central parts of Malmö.
As a coach, we want you to be able to inspire and engage the young people and create positive experiences. Previous experience coaching other sports is an advantage, as pedagogy and structure are important. You will work closely with our head coach to plan the activities.
There are great opportunities for further education within the sport for you as a coach.
- You should have a genuine interest in children and young people.
- Ability to lead, inspire, have fun, and laugh with a group of children.
- Empathy and imagination.
- Good collaboration skills with other coaches and leaders.
- Experience working with children as a coach is an advantage.
A driver's license and any badminton qualifications are also considered an advantage.
