Background

We are looking for a structured and communicative administrator who wants to work with compliance, documentation, and coordination in an international business.

In this role, you will support Product Compliance specialists by managing administrative processes, coordinating activities, and ensuring that documentation, reporting, and follow-up are carried out efficiently.

Responsibilities

You will among other things:

  • Administer and follow up on recurring compliance activities related to projects.
  • Coordinate processes, track status, and ensure that necessary supporting documents are collected.
  • Support reporting on material and chemical compliance, including SCIP reporting and related documentation.
  • Structure, update, and maintain documentation for follow-up, audits, and internal decision-making processes.
  • Relieve compliance specialists by handling administrative and coordinating tasks.
  • Support risk management and testing activities through documentation and follow-up.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by collecting supporting documents and following up on actions.

QualificationsRequirements
  • Experience in administration, coordination, or project support.
  • Good organizational skills and habit of working in a structured manner.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Fluent English in both speech and writing.
Merits
  • Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Experience with compliance, quality, or regulatory processes.
  • Experience with document management and reporting.
  • Experience with audits or follow-up work.
  • Experience from the manufacturing industry or international operations.
Conditions
  • Contract type: Consulting assignment with the possibility of transition to employment (Try & Hire).
  • Scope: Full-time.
  • Location: Jönköping.
  • Hybrid work: Up to 25% remote work.
  • Start: Immediately or as agreed.
