About the role

As an HR Business Partner at Hydro, you work broadly with both operational and strategic HR issues, with a particular focus on managerial support, trade union collaboration, and negotiations. You work closely with the company's managers and employees and are a key partner in driving and developing Hydro's HR agenda.

The area of responsibility includes recruitment, on- and offboarding, and competence development. You lead and actively contribute to change projects and initiatives that strengthen the company's efficiency, development, and long-term sustainability in line with Hydro's values and business goals.

We would appreciate it if you engaged in work related to culture and values, and contributed to the development and implementation of HR systems and digital solutions. The role also involves continuous improvement work where you help develop both the HR department's working methods and the company's HR processes.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have a university education in HR or equivalent, as well as at least five years of experience in qualified HR work. You have good experience with change management and labor law issues, and feel confident in independently conducting trade union negotiations.

Since Hydro is an international corporation, you are expected to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are engaged, self-assured, and have an open and clear communication style. You easily build trusting relationships and collaborate well with different people and functions. You thrive in a role where you get to switch between operational and strategic issues, and you always work with high integrity, good judgment, and a professional approach.
