EnRival is now looking for an engaged and driven Career Counselor/Supervisor within Rusta och Matcha for our office in Jönköping.

About the Role

In the role of Career Counselor and Supervisor, you work with supporting job seekers on their path toward employment or studies. You meet people with different backgrounds, experiences, and goals, and help them find the right way forward through coaching, guidance, and active matching with the labor market.

The position is full-time with a planned start in mid-August.

Your Responsibilities

• Individual career counseling and coaching
• Matching with jobs and education
• Support in application processes and interview preparation
• Contact with employers and networking
• Planning, follow-up, and documentation
• Active work to create job opportunities for participants
• Conducting both individual meetings and group activities

Qualifications

You must meet at least one of the following alternatives:

Alternative 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system)
• At least two years of full-time work experience

Alternative 2

• At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with a passing grade

and

• At least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Work leadership with personnel responsibility
  • Recruitment
  • Transition work for job seekers
  • Study and career guidance
  • Processing of personnel matters (not just administration)
  • Working life and labor market issues
  • Social and group psychology
  • Career guidance

Merits

• Experience working within Rusta och Matcha
• Education in study and career guidance
• Strong local network within the business community in Jönköping and surrounding areas
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
• Experience in coaching work
• Good digital competence and experience with digital meetings
• Ability to create long-term relationships with participants and employers
