Your new job

ArMedia is a place where participants develop and deepen their knowledge within the digital world. We digitize analog material and have a small printing press. We are constantly working on developing new areas; for example, 3D printing and programming may become relevant in the future.

As a team leader, you motivate and coach participants to develop and be involved in meaningful tasks. This can be done through individual guidance, but there are also plans to provide guidance at the group level. Great importance is placed on creating a safe working environment where everyone thrives and develops according to their abilities. We meet participants based on their need for support regarding health, culture, and social situation.

As a team leader, you are involved in planning, guidance, and follow-up together with coordinators and other staff in the team. The assignment also includes collaboration with clients/customers and social security services.

Welcome to us

The Labor Market Department (AMA) is part of the Education Administration and has approximately 80 employees. We work with labor market policy measures to prevent and reduce exclusion. Within AMA, there are several operations that offer support through work training, rehabilitation, education, and assessment.

The government has announced a statutory activity requirement within social security, with a planned entry into force on July 1, 2026. AMA has been tasked with being the provider of this activity requirement, which means that those receiving social security for a longer period must participate in meaningful activities to approach the labor market. The number of participants in AMA will therefore increase during the autumn, and we are therefore reviewing both our human resources and initiatives.

At ArMedia (Work with Media), we work both based on structured tasks and based on the participant's creativity and need for knowledge development. Initiatives at ArMedia can be combined with language development, health initiatives, and active job seeking.

Your competence

We are looking for you who have education from university, university college, or equivalent, preferably with a focus on social work or pedagogy. You have experience working with people who, for various reasons, are experiencing exclusion and have had a longer absence from the labor market.

You have good knowledge of data and IT and are confident in using it in daily work. Knowledge of the labor market and the welfare system is an advantage. Experience in handling and adapting the working environment for people with mental health issues or NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) diagnoses is also an advantage.

As a person, you are solution-focused, creative, and self-reliant, with good collaboration skills and strong commitment. You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing and hold a B driver's license.
