Your Assignment

As an HR Partner, you play a central role in supporting operations both operationally and strategically by developing and ensuring the quality of the recruitment process. You act as a consultative support for recruiting managers, especially when filling leadership positions and, when necessary, specialist roles. The role is varied and the pace can sometimes be high. You alternate between administrative parts of the recruitment process and more qualified tasks that require analysis, advisory skills, and collaboration.

As a colleague in the HR unit team, you will become our expert in the recruitment area. Your work contributes to strengthening Värnamo Municipality as an attractive employer, grounded in our core values: employee engagement, motivating leadership, and A valuable workday.

Your responsibilities also include:

• handling direct procurement for the implementation of digital test and reference tools.
• conducting training initiatives for new and existing managers within the recruitment area.
• contributing to a quality-assured preboarding and introduction of new managers.
• collaborating with procured recruitment consultants for specific manager recruitments.
• collaborating with trade unions and political representatives on recruitment matters.

Your Profile

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for you who have a coaching and consultative approach and thrive in a role where you collaborate closely with managers and colleagues. You are communicative and receptive, with the ability to adapt your message to the situation and target group. Through professional handling, you build trusting relationships.

Furthermore, we see that you are structured, responsible, and proactive, with good ability to prioritize and make decisions in a changing daily life. With a strong interest in people and recruitment, you want to contribute to developing Värnamo Municipality as an attractive employer.

You are confident in your competence, work solution-oriented, and have the courage to develop methods and processes. At the same time, you enjoy networking and building sustainable relationships, both new and existing.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

• a university degree in HR or another equivalent field, or equivalent competence assessed by the employer
• experience in independently planning and conducting entire recruitment processes, including associated administration
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience recruiting managers and/or specialists
• experience with the recruitment system Varbi

Information about the Employment

This position is a fixed-term contract starting in mid-October 2026 until early September 2027. The start date can be adjusted according to agreement.
