Experienced Business Consultant in Finance & Operations to Aperit in Värnamo!

Do you want to use your experience in the financial sector to create concrete business benefits for our clients? Aperit is now looking for a senior business consultant for the office in Värnamo. The role suits you if you have worked closely with operations in medium-sized or larger companies in the region and want to combine financial expertise, process development, and system support in long-term client assignments. You will play a central role in helping companies to streamline, structure, and develop their ways of working, with a focus on business systems, digitalization, and future-proofing, including AI support.

We currently work primarily with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, as well as other ERPs on the market.

About the role

As a senior business consultant at Aperit, you work closely with our clients in assignments focused on business development, financial control, and more efficient system support. You act as an advisory partner with a holistic perspective and are often involved in change and development projects, for example during business system replacements or further development of existing system solutions. The role involves great trust, clear client responsibility, and the opportunity to influence both the content of the assignment and the client's long-term development.

You will

Lead and drive client assignments with a focus on finance, process development, and system support, often in close dialogue with management or the finance function. You analyze financial flows, identify potential for improvement, and translate analysis into concrete actions that create impact. The role also includes contributing to business system-related projects, from requirements specification to implementation, as well as adding a future-oriented perspective on digitalization and AI where it creates real value.

You have

You have a solid background in finance and business control, from roles such as Finance Manager, Business Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar in medium-sized or larger organizations. You have experience in change management, preferably business system replacements or larger development projects, and are confident in dialogue with both management and operational functions. As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and lack of hierarchy. You want to try being challenged in a consulting role, appreciate variety, and are driven by helping companies work smarter and more efficiently. You are positive, meticulous, and engaged.
