We are now looking for a sales-oriented receptionist for Nordic Wellness Atlantis with responsibility for the relaxation and spa areas. Are you a service-oriented person with drive and engagement? As a sales-oriented receptionist, you are the face of the club and are responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. You ensure that every member receives a first-class training experience and that the facility always maintains the highest quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Staffing the reception and providing first-class service to members and guests.

• Handling guest check-in and check-out.

• Answering questions via phone, email, and in person.

• Managing bookings, administration, and follow-ups.

• Managing the daily operations of the relaxation and spa department.

• Ensuring that the spa and relaxation areas maintain high standards regarding order, cleanliness, and comfort.

• Managing laundry, replenishing consumables, and conducting simple inventory checks.

• Actively working on selling memberships, treatments, products, and experience packages.

• Planning, coordinating, and executing spa and relaxation events for companies, groups, and individuals.

• Being involved in the development of new concepts, activities, and campaigns for the spa and relaxation business.

• Marketing the business through social media, photography, content creation, and local marketing.

• Collaborating with other departments to create attractive offers and experiences for our guests.

• Monitoring guest satisfaction and contributing ideas that develop the business and increase sales.

• Actively working to create a welcoming, inspiring, and memorable guest experience.

The work is varied and requires you to be flexible and self-initiative. No day is like the other, and you will play an important role in creating the best possible training experience for our members.

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Is 18 years or older ✔ Thrives in meeting people and building good relationships ✔ Has a positive and service-oriented attitude ✔ Is flexible and can work during the day, evenings, and weekends ✔ Is self-initiative, takes own initiatives, and sees what needs to be done ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously ✔ Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in service or sales is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop!
