We are now looking for a Program Coordinator who wants to contribute to the success of a global program by ensuring efficient working methods, clear communication, and well-functioning processes. You will become a key person supporting program leadership, PMO, and HR functions in their daily work while contributing to the long-term development of the organization's competence and working methods.

This is a role for you if you enjoy coordinating, structuring information, and creating the conditions for others to succeed.

• Coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth program processes

• Support workforce planning, staffing, and resource management

• Responsible for administration, documentation, and monitoring of program-related data

• Create structure around working methods, documentation, and processes

• Drive and support improvement initiatives for increased efficiency

• Coordinate competence development, upskilling, and reskilling efforts

• Ensure clear communication and information dissemination within the program

• Collaborate with Program Management, PMO, Program HR, and local HR teams

• Have experience in coordinating or administrative roles in complex operations

• Are structured, detail-oriented, and have excellent administrative skills

• Have experience with stakeholder management and collaboration with many contact points

• Enjoy working closely with HR, management, and operations

• Have a good ability to create structure, follow up on information, and drive activities forward

• Are communicative, solution-oriented, and proactive

• Have experience with documentation, data monitoring, and process development
