About the role
Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a flexible star to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to work at our various shopping center assignments in Solna and Skärholmen.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and guiding visitors
- Handling phones, switchboard, and email
- Selling gift cards
- Registering members
- Various administrative tasks such as daily reporting
- Handling post and package pickup
- Managing contact with suppliers and freight companies
- Contributing to the development and improvement of our service offerings
- Other reception-related duties
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a natural feel for service and customer interaction
- Is flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable with both physical and administrative tasks
- Has good communication skills and is sensitive to different needs
- Enjoys taking responsibility and being involved in developing work methods
Who are you?
We know you are a true service star who thrives on personal interaction and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible, unpretentious, and can work both independently and in a team. We would like you to be energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy coming up with new ideas. You have previous experience in service, are proficient in the Office package, and speak fluent Swedish and English.
The employment
Type of employment: Hourly position with the possibility of working many hours and having fixed weekend shifts.
Hours: As needed. You may be called in at short notice on the same day as well as during planned leave. You can apply for open shifts and enter your availability in our scheduling app. There is also an option to take standby shifts.
Start date: Immediately.
Working hours: Varying; you can work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
