Are you a social and responsible person looking for a permanent position or a fun part-time job? We are looking for engaged and responsible personal assistants for a cheerful 28-year-old man living in Täby. About the assignment A few years ago, the customer was involved in a car accident that resulted in brain injuries and physical injuries. He lives alone in an apartment in central Täby but has relatives nearby whom he enjoys visiting. He has a great interest in sports and cars and focuses heavily on his rehabilitation to achieve the best possible recovery. Currently, he uses a wheelchair, but he has a strong will and determination to walk again in the future. We are now looking for assistants who want to be part of this man's rehabilitation journey and help him achieve the best possible recovery. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of his daily life and his continued rehabilitation. We are looking for you who are interested in supporting him both physically and mentally on his journey towards increased function and quality of life. Your tasks may include among other things:

• Support with transfers and training
• Help with personal hygiene and daily activities
• Active participation in rehabilitation exercises and training
• General support in everyday life

• Have an interest in training and rehabilitation (experience in this area is a plus)
• Are patient, responsive, and have a positive attitude
• Are responsible and committed to helping others
• Have experience with or are interested in working as a personal assistant (experience in the field is advantageous but not required)
• Are flexible and can adapt to different tasks and situations
• Can speak fluent Swedish

We are looking for a person for a 50% position. The shifts primarily apply to weekends, but weekdays may also occur. Working hours may vary, and some examples of times are:

• Daytime approx. 09:00–17:00
• Evening time including waiting time (sleep-on-call) approx. 16:00–08:30

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are made according to the collective agreement. Start date: As soon as possible or according to agreement.
