I am now looking for a personal assistant at approximately 75% who wants to become a stable and long-term part of my team. The shifts are scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and on occasional occasions overnight.

About me

I am a 14-year-old girl living in Rönninge and attending school in Fruängen. I am close to laughter, like having things going on, and am passionate about horses, fashion, and music.

My daily life is varied – sometimes full speed, sometimes calmer – and I need an assistant who can switch gears with me. You support me with communication, transfers, and my training with assistive devices. An important part of your role is also to help me take up space and make my voice heard in different contexts.

I am engaged in issues concerning the rights of children and young people within the disability field and sometimes participate in political debates, panel discussions, and Almedalen, where I help influence and highlight important perspectives.

About you

You have previous experience in personal assistance and are confident in your role. To thrive with me, I believe you are:

• Responsible and stable
• Proactive and solution-focused
• Present and attentive
• Comfortable in both high-paced and calmer moments

The work involves physical tasks, so you need good physical fitness and feel confident with transfers and assistive devices.

It is a plus if you live near Rönninge or Fruängen.

About the role

As an assistant, you follow me through all parts of life – at home, at school, and during leisure time. You support everything from schoolwork and training to activities and interests. We have a close collaboration, so it is important that you view the role long-term.

Other

The position is approximately 75%, and there is an opportunity to take extra shifts if needed.

The role also includes shared staffing responsibility, with a separate agreement and an additional fee.
