We are now looking for an engaged and confident personal assistant for a woman living in her own home. The position is approximately 75% with excellent opportunities to increase to 100%. Start date is July 1st or as agreed.

As a personal assistant, you will be a crucial support in the client's daily life. You will assist with all household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping, and personal care. The role involves being a support for the client in all aspects of daily life while contributing to creating security, participation, and self-determination.

• Is between 30–50 years of age.

• Can speak, understand, and write Swedish fluently.

• Has previous experience working within healthcare, social care, or personal assistance.

• Has knowledge of or experience in handling epileptic seizures.

• Is calm, responsible, and confident in your interactions.

• Respects the client's self-determination and privacy.

The client wishes to be involved in everything concerning her daily life. Therefore, it is very important that you work together with the client and do not take over or make decisions for her. You need to be attentive, respectful, and view the client's wishes as a natural part of the work.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.
