Unika Ullbergs väg is a group home offering adapted and comfortable housing for individuals in person group 1 according to the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Here, we work with heart, focusing on creating a safe and developmental environment for our residents. With six apartments located in the scenic archipelago town of Vaxholm, our operations are surrounded by tranquility and beautiful surroundings. About the Role of Housing Support Worker

As a Housing Support Worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with a high degree of structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, maintaining a professional and rehabilitative approach while working within the organization's resources and budget.

We adapt our work based on each individual's conditions and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our approach involves low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy.

Qualifications

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation.
• Experience working within the LSS sector.
• Experience in psychiatry, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affective interaction.
• Upper secondary education such as Child and Youth Program, Care and Nursing Program, or post-secondary education such as Support Pedagogue, Social Pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.

Additional Merits

• Relevant further education within care and nursing.
• Experience with specific care needs.
• Documentation skills.
• Knowledge of sign language.

Employment Terms

Employment Level: Hourly substitute as needed.
Working Hours: Rolling schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Start Date: According to agreement; we view it positively if you can start soon.
Collective Agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement of Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
