ResponsibilitiesAs an administrator with us, you have a central role in the operations and are responsible for creating structure, handling documentation, and ensuring that daily administration runs smoothly. We are looking for you who have an eye for detail but can also prioritize and adapt to new conditions.
In the role, you will among other things:
- coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties
- book and administer visits and meetings
- handle correspondence via 1177
- provide telephone advice on administrative matters
- act as a central hub for the Habilitation's various collaboration partners
- contribute to the development and improvement of administrative routines
- assist with certain follow-ups on assistive devices
Requirements:
- Education as a nursing assistant (Care and Nursing Program or vocational package via adult education) or alternatively educated rehabilitation assistant or other relevant experience from healthcare
- Experience in administrative work and good computer skills
Merits:
- Experience with the medical record systems TakeCare or Cosmic
Personal Qualities
We are looking for you who are service-oriented and have a professional and helpful attitude. You have the ability to work independently, make your own decisions, and prioritize your tasks in a structured and careful manner, with a good sense for detail. You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and are comfortable working both via phone and in digital channels. Furthermore, you have good cooperation skills, while being independent and taking initiative.
