Meta is one of the world's leading technology companies and the creator of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. We are now looking for a Junior Data Analyst who wants to take full responsibility for reporting and analysis related to Meta's retail operations.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for all reporting to Meta. You collect, process, and analyze data, ensuring that the reporting is accurate, structured, and drives business results.

You will:

• Manage and quality-assure all ongoing reporting to Meta
• Collect, structure, and process data from the retail sector
• Create clear and professional reports for the client
• Analyze KPIs and identify trends and areas for improvement
• Present insights and results to multiple stakeholders, such as Team Lead, Account Manager, client contact person, and other team members
• Ensure that data is used strategically to develop the business

The role requires you to be self-reliant, confident in taking ownership, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Studied data analysis, statistics, or similar education
• Recent graduate or with up to 1 year of experience
• Very good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Unpretentious and thrives in a dynamic environment
• Quick learner and comfortable in a technical environment
• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Self-reliant and takes initiative
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Merits

• Basic to good knowledge of Power BI
• Understands how KPIs in retail work (e.g., sales, conversion rate, campaign results)
• Previous background or experience in retail

The working hours are mainly on weekdays, two and a half days per week. You will be employed by NRG Sweden but work on assignment for our client.
