Do you want to work broadly within HR and be an important part of a developing company? We are now looking for an engaged and self-initiating HR Generalist for our client in Falkenberg who wants to take overall responsibility for the company's HR issues and contribute to a pleasant, sustainable, and efficient working environment.
About the role
As an HR Generalist at the client's site, you work both strategically and operationally with the company's personnel issues. You act as a support to management, supervisors, and employees within the entire HR area and drive the development of processes, routines, and working environment work forward.
You will have a central role in the organization where you work closely with the operations and contribute knowledge within labor law, recruitment, personnel development, and payroll matters.
Responsibilities
In the role, you will among other things:
- Be responsible for the company's strategic and operational HR work
- Support managers in personnel matters and labor law issues
- Handle recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
- Coordinate competence development and training initiatives
- Work with working environment issues together with the OHS function
- Conduct employee surveys and follow-ups
- Handle salary reviews, salary mapping, and payroll administrative issues
- Update processes and policies according to laws and collective agreements
- Participate in rehabilitation cases and personnel-promoting activities
- Handle documentation, employment contracts, and personnel administration
- Participate in union negotiations and cooperation with external parties
We are looking for you who
- Have experience of HR work within the above-mentioned areas
- Have some experience within labor law and personnel issues
- Are structured, self-initiating, and solution-oriented
- Have good communication skills and are easy to build trust with
- Thrive in a role where you get to take initiative and drive improvement work
- Have the ability to handle confidential information with high integrity
- Have good administrative skills and experience with HR systems
