Our client is seeking a driven Economic Assistant who wants to develop in a broad role. Here you have the chance to work with everything from bookkeeping to customer contact in an environment that values your desire to learn and grow.

About the role

As an Economic Assistant, you will have a central role in the team where you handle varied tasks within economics and administration. You work closely with the operations and support both customers and subsidiaries to ensure smooth processes.

Responsibilities

The role involves broad responsibility for daily economic administration, where you combine careful numerical work with service-oriented communication.

  • Handle ongoing bookkeeping
  • Manage customer and supplier accounts
  • Answer economic-related questions via email and phone
  • Provide professional customer service and support
  • Assist subsidiaries with economic administration
  • Compile driving logs

We are looking for someone who has

  • Education in economics, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and experience working with customer and supplier accounts.
  • Very good skills in Swedish and good skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • A service-oriented approach and professional attitude with a focus on high customer satisfaction.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience working in economic systems.
  • Knowledge of Intrastat reporting.
  • Experience with Pyramid and/or Netsuite.
