About the Position

Sportbemanning i Östergötland AB is now looking for flaggers for temporary employment on an as-needed basis. We are looking for you who are responsible, flexible, and enjoy varied outdoor work.

In this role, you will primarily work as a flagger for road works, ground works, and other assignments where traffic safety needs to be ensured. The position also involves that you, if needed, can work with other practical tasks within the business, such as green area maintenance, snow clearing, and simpler ground and property maintenance.

This is a position for you who appreciate active work, have a good sense of responsibility and safety, and want to be part of a flexible business where tasks vary according to season and assignments. Do you have the right attitude, work ethic, and sense of responsibility but lack some training? For the right person, we can offer the training required for the position.

Responsibilities

As a flagger with us, your tasks may include:

• working as a flagger for road works and other traffic-affecting works
• contributing to a safe and well-functioning work environment in busy areas
• green area maintenance and simpler maintenance of outdoor areas
• snow clearing during the season
• simpler ground and property maintenance
• other service and maintenance work based on the business's needs

The work is mainly outdoors, and the scope may vary depending on the season, customer assignments, and the business's needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• have a B driver's license
• speak and understand Swedish fluently
• are responsible, punctual, and have a good work ethic
• enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• are flexible and can adapt to different tasks and working hours
• have good collaboration skills and can also work independently
• have a service-oriented and solution-focused approach to work

Merits

It is a merit if you have:

• experience working as a flagger
• experience with green area maintenance, snow clearing, or other practical outdoor work
• relevant education or certificates in the field

If you lack certain training but have the right attitude and suitability for the position, we view this positively. For the right person, there is an opportunity for training through us.
