Your daily life at Kry

As a healthcare administrator at Kry, you will perform both physical and administrative tasks:

• Administrative work: coordination, planning, dictation, and medical documentation. We use Cosmic as our medical record system.
• Staff the reception where you welcome and check in patients with warmth and engagement, and help with booking interpreters, arranging medical transport, handling mail, and invoices.
• Help patients understand the care, registration, and how the Kry app works.
• Maintain order and comfort in the reception and waiting room so the environment reflects our high standards.

Qualifying characteristics that make you stand out

• Experience in customer service in reception/service roles
• Experience from the healthcare industry and Cosmic
• Fluency in languages other than Swedish and English

Practical information

• Start: July 20th on-site at Kry Spiran Norrköping on a hourly basis with a chance of employment
• Scope: 75-100%, working hours between 07:45-17:15.

Hello! My name is Evelina Norin and I am the Operations Manager at Kry Health Center Spiran in Norrköping. I lead a fantastic team of approximately 55 employees who take care of around 20,000 registered patients. At our center, the patient is always at the center. We work with quality and security in everything we do, and with a work environment that allows our employees to thrive and develop. We have a high service level, good customer treatment, and do our utmost to ensure the patient feels satisfied and secure with us.
