At the Älvsborg Amphibian Regiment, located in central Gothenburg, we operate where land meets the sea, serving as a vital link between the Army and the Naval Forces.
As a re-established regiment with garrison responsibilities, we are growing and have a need for more competent officers to continue developing the unit in its important mission: to defend Sweden's many coastal archipelago areas and to protect our waterways leading to Scandinavia's largest port, thereby safeguarding Sweden's strategic imports.

The G1 section's main tasks are to be responsible for, drive, and support the regiment forward through strategic and operational HR issues regarding organization, leadership and employee engagement, as well as personnel and competence supply. This involves attracting, developing, and engaging our employees.
Main Responsibilities
You will work broadly with personnel services, but your main area will be attraction to the Swedish Armed Forces (SAF). You will primarily be responsible for Amf 4's workforce planning through advanced education. The main areas you are responsible for may change over time and be adapted based on your competence profile.

In your role as a Recruitment Officer, you will be part of our work with our most important resource: personnel. You are the regiment's primary representative and contact person for cadets and other students at SAF schools. This places high demands on social competence, integrity, and precision in your work. You are meticulous and unpretentious, which also means you are a good team player. You have the ability to express your opinions and are clear and communicative. You are flexible and can handle temporary peaks in workload without becoming stressed. Personal attributes will be given great weight during the selection process.

Employment Type: Full-time (100%) according to the Officers Ordinance, with a probationary period of 6 months.
Work Location: Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg.
Travel and evening/weekend duty may occur.
