About the Operations

Primary Healthcare Area West includes one hospital, five region-run health centers, and Lifestyle Medicine Österåsen. The area comprises the two municipalities of Sollefteå and Kramfors. West has approximately 300 employees and three operational managers. The five health centers within the Primary Care Sollefteå/Kramfors operational area work daily to help the local residents, and together we strive to achieve our vision of life, health, and sustainable development in Västernorrland. We have a stable work group with experienced colleagues who support you. We are now looking for a substitute for our wonderful team in Sollefteå on an hourly contract basis. As a secretary with us, you write for the entire Ådalen region. Possibility to work remotely may be an option. Start date as soon as possible according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you as a substitute will receive good induction and support in the role of medical secretary. You contribute with your competence to relieve the operations.

As a medical secretary, you will work with:

  • Standard tasks as a medical secretary
  • Writing dictated medical records
  • Cash handling may occur

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

  • Have education as a medical secretary
  • Are fluent in Swedish with good knowledge of English

It is an advantage if you

  • Have experience working with the previous system System Cross
  • Have experience with the medical record system Cosmic
  • Have work experience within primary care
