Job Responsibilities
As an employee in the Contact Center, you work in the front line with internal and external customer contacts. External service primarily involves answering questions related to the agency's core mission. This is a broad generalist role where you provide advice, guide, document, and register cases as they come in. You are the first point of contact for all internal services, where most questions range from IT to finance and operational issues. Your workday has a varied content, alternating between customer contacts and administrative tasks. Together with your colleagues, you develop new, more efficient ways of working. The role also involves having your own area of responsibility where you are expected to be particularly knowledgeable in specific questions and share this knowledge with your colleagues. We also handle service at the head office and provide support where needed, such as staffing the reception, handling official mail, and conference service.
The duties also include:
- Advising on questions regarding the agency's services both verbally and in writing, and forwarding questions within the organization if necessary.
- Guiding those who contact us so they can retrieve information or handle their cases themselves via self-service services.
- Documenting and registering cases in our case management system.
Several of your colleagues are spread across the country, so meetings take place via Zoom, Teams, or Skype. Travel for work may occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- Completed a high school education, preferably within social sciences, economics, media, or other education deemed relevant by the employer.
- At least three years of work experience deemed relevant by the employer.
- Experience in working with service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
Merits:
- Experience working in a contact center.
- Experience working systematically in a case management workflow and in a case management system.
Personal Qualities
- No task is too big or too small for you; you solve tasks in a non-hierarchical and flexible manner.
- You enjoy working and driving your work independently and have good ability to prioritize and handle multiple parallel assignments.
- You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
- You are team-oriented and have a positive attitude towards others.
- You have good pedagogical skills and adapt the way you convey your message to the recipient.
Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
