We are looking for two experienced building permit case processors for a consultancy assignment in central Stockholm. If you have extensive experience in processing according to the Planning and Building Act (PBL) and the Administrative Procedure Act and wish to work independently in a professional environment, this is an assignment for you.

About the assignment

• Assignment period: As soon as possible until the end of September
• Scope: 100%
• Location: Central Stockholm
• Remote work: Possible upon agreement

Responsibilities

• Independent work with building permit cases based on current guidelines and practice
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on cases
• Investigate, review, and process cases according to the Planning and Building Act (PBL)
• Ensure legally secure processing according to the Administrative Procedure Act

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a building permit case processor
• Documented knowledge of PBL and the Administrative Procedure Act
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Excellent command of Swedish, both written and spoken
• Relevant education for the assignment

About you

You maintain a high quality in your case processing and feel confident in exercising public authority. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills while working independently.
