About the Role

The Child and Youth Clinic is a county-wide operation at the primary care level, targeting children and young people with milder forms of mental health issues. The clinics are located in two places in the county, Sundsvall and Örnsköldsvik, and placement can be at either of these locations. We are now looking for a colleague on a fixed-term contract until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension. As a medical secretary within the Child and Youth Clinic's county-wide operation, you will become an important part of the operation and will have a varied job in close collaboration with psychologists, counselors, occupational therapists, unit managers, and various care partners. We are now looking for a trained medical secretary for our operation.

The position is for a full-time fixed-term contract with start date as agreed until 2026-12-31, with the possibility of extension. Advantage if you have an interest in administrative work and digitalization, as there is ongoing work within the operation to develop digital healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Write medical records
• Book and handle rescheduling and cancellations
• Administer groups
• E-services via 117
• Letters and certificates
• Telephone service both internally and externally.
• You also support the manager in some administrative tasks and provide support in various systems.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Have education as a medical secretary
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience with the medical record system Cosmic
