🌟About the Role

As a Coordinating Design Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating technical matters between several sub-projects within a larger main project. The role entails overall responsibility for technical coordination, design management, interface management, and change processes.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Lead technical coordination and coordinate design work across multiple sub-projects

  • Collaborate closely with design managers, specialists, and other key stakeholders

  • Plan and lead technical coordination meetings

  • Ensure that technical requirements, goals, and prerequisites are handled in a coordinated manner

  • Identify, analyze, and monitor dependencies, risks, and interfaces

  • Drive and coordinate the project's change management and decision-making processes

🎯We are looking for someone with
  • At least 10 years of experience from infrastructure, civil engineering, industrial, or construction projects

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or design management

  • Documented experience in technical coordination and change management in large and complex projects

  • Experience from safety-sensitive operations

  • Experience working within asset management organizations

  • Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken)

⭐Advantageous Experience
  • Experience in technical coordinating roles within tunnel projects

  • Experience in technical coordination within the energy sector

📍Practical Information
  • Location: Sundbyberg

  • Hybrid Work: Up to 50% remote work

  • Start Date: September 2026

  • Scope: 80–100%

  • Duration: Until August 2031 with possibility of extension

  • Safety assessment and background check required
