About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Torpavallen Health Centre. We are looking for you who are interested in working with us as a Medical Secretary. The health centre is a pleasant, well-functioning, and friendly workplace located in Örgryte/Härlanda, a quiet area in eastern Gothenburg. The workplace is characterized by an open atmosphere, care for the patient, a willingness to develop, and collaboration across professional boundaries. We have approximately 11,000 registered individuals, of which a relatively large proportion consists of children and middle-aged people. Our mandate also includes medical efforts at Child Health Centres (BVC), nursing homes, housing for people with functional variations, and home care.

About the Job

Your tasks at the health centre are varied, with the meeting with the patient in focus. As a Medical Secretary, you are an important employee at the health centre. Your main tasks consist of writing medical records in Asynja Visph, handling incoming referral responses, and providing local IT support. Reception work is also included, where you are the first person the patients meet.

About You

You are trained as a Medical Secretary. Previous experience working in primary care is an advantage. You have a genuine interest in digitalization and good knowledge in the field. In addition, you express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive. You enjoy working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You like variety in work and find it easy to switch between different tasks. Since the workload is varied, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a great interest in business development.

A professional attitude and a friendly approach towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a matter of course for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.
