Your job at Fabero As an accountant at Fabero, you will be responsible for two companies within the group: Fabero Fastighetsbolaget and CORC, which operate in the events and conferences sector. The role involves helping to build an internal finance function for the group, focusing on creating a structure that is both sustainable and long-term as the business grows. You will start at an early stage, which gives you significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence the design of the future finance function. Your tasks will include bookkeeping, budgeting, follow-ups, invoicing, as well as the development and implementation of procedures for the finance function. Initially, the role will be operational, but it is designed to evolve in line with the organization's growth. In the long term, the goal is for you to work more strategically and contribute to expanding the finance function by recruiting more employees. Currently, Fabero collaborates with an external accounting firm, but the ambition is to gradually build an internal finance function. Is this you? It is important to be skilled in reconciliations, year-end closing, financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounting responsibility to handle the various aspects of the accountant role. We believe you have experience working broadly within finance and have previously helped build structures or functions. Experience from the real estate industry is particularly valuable, and we also welcome experience from hotels, events, or experience-based businesses.
