Norconsult is one of the largest advisors in the Nordics within societal planning and project design. We are part of the Norwegian Norconsult Group. You will belong to our HR & Payroll department, where you will be an important part of our operational support. We pride ourselves on a very high NMI (Net Promoter Score) and are currently seven fantastic colleagues wishing to become eight. With us, the role of a recruiter is about more than just finding the right candidates. You will become one of our brand ambassadors and have a key role in our continued growth. You will work with all parts of the recruitment process in close collaboration with all our recruiting leaders and HR Partners. We have a competence-based and quality-assured recruitment process; what we are missing is one more colleague to perform the craft.

Your main areas of responsibility

  • Work closely with our leaders to map competence needs
  • Drive recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Work with search and candidate processing
  • Provide support to managers in recruitment matters and quality-assure the process

The position is located at our office in Gothenburg or Stockholm. We thrive best in the office, but there will also be opportunities to work from home when needed or when the opportunity arises at any of our 40 offices in Sweden. The role may also involve travel within Sweden.

Your profile

You are a curious, goal-oriented, and structured person with the ability to create energy and trust in meetings with others. You draw your motivation from dialogue, collaboration, and new meetings.

To succeed in the role, you need:

  • A post-secondary education at least at the bachelor's level
  • At least 3 years of experience in engineering recruitment
  • Enjoyment and motivation from working in a goal-oriented manner
  • Confidence in search work and experience in actively contacting candidates
  • Thriving in a role with high tempo and many contact points
  • Being relationship-building, trustworthy, and business-driven
